Al-Ulum Industri Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1. "Company" refers to Al-Ulum Industri Sdn Bhd, a company registered under the laws of Malaysia.
1.2. "Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity participating in the Company's affiliate program as outlined in this Agreement.
2. Appointment
2.1. The Company appoints the Affiliate as a non-exclusive independent contractor to promote and market the Company's products and services in accordance with the terms herein.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1. The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's products and services in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
3.2. The Affiliate shall use only authorized marketing materials provided by the Company for promotional purposes.
4. Commission and Payment
4.1. The Company shall pay the Affiliate commissions based on sales generated through the Affiliate's unique referral link or code.
4.2. Commissions shall be paid [monthly / quarterly / as specified] subject to a minimum payout threshold of [amount, e.g., RM100].
4.3. Payment shall be made via [payment method, e.g., bank transfer] to the Affiliate's designated account.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. This Agreement shall commence upon acceptance by the Affiliate and shall continue until terminated by either party.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate immediately for breach of this Agreement or if the Affiliate engages in conduct detrimental to the Company's reputation.
6. Modification of Agreement

6.2. Any modifications shall be communicated to the Affiliate and shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or notification to the Affiliate.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. The Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed by the Company during the term of this Agreement and thereafter.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
8.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005, or through litigation in the courts of Malaysia.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
These terms and conditions provide a framework for the affiliate relationship under Malaysian law, covering appointment, obligations, commission structure, termination, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and other relevant aspects of the affiliation.
